Fab Friday Finds Features

Last week I asked for Etsy shops to submit items to be featured today on my blog. I was looking for a favorite item that could be for personal use or that could decorate the home.

I received lots of beautiful and unique items to consider! Wow! There is so much creativity out there! It was hard to select from so many amazing artists and quality products.

For those of you who weren't selected this time, do not dismay! I have some ideas brewing from the items you submitted, so stay tuned.

I finally narrowed down the choices by those who most closely followed the criteria to include some information about their favorite item (and only one item) including why they like it and anything unique about it.

Congratulations to bloomingcouture, brownsco and NeedlesAndKims!

1. Spring Wreath by bloomingcouture

Bloomingcouture says: This is my new favorite wreath "Springtime in Paris" My husband and I went to Paris for our Anniversary last Spring and the weather was beautiful, all the flowers and trees were blooming and the one thing that really stood out everywhere were the Beautiful pink cherry blossom trees. This wreath is designed with pink cherry blossoms and mixed greenery on a natural grapevine wreath. Simple, classic, beautiful...
This wreath measures 20-22 inches in width and height.

2. Bird Bath for spring by brownsco

Brownsco says: It is handmade from hypertufa which is a mixture of portland cement, peat moss, and perlite. It is very durable and attractive in any setting. Of course it reminds me of Spring which I can't wait for the season to come!

3. Felted Purse from NeedlesandKims

NeedlesAndKims says: I made this felted purse--all my items are made from repurposed wool sweaters (sometimes cashmere). I just love the way they feel and they're so easy to carry. I really like the color of this blue one and I used a vintage earring as a focal point for the dangling fibers. This was really fun to put together.

Have a Fab Friday wherever you are!

  1. That wreath makes me want to put in on my head (well, if I had a bigger head, I guess) and dance around in the grass.

Ok, basically, I want there to be grass. Come on, Spring!
