Remember during this month to make at least one healthy heart change to your life. Consider eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Drink more water and less sugary beverages. Walk more and enjoy the fresh air.

My challenge is to exercise more regularly when it is freezing cold outside. I will gladly walk to the Post Office or local shops to run errands, but sometimes I take a bit of coaxing to venture out into the cold.

Playing with Shadows Tribute to Ground Hog Day

Double Staircase!?

Happy Ground Hog Day!

Will he see his shadow?

Not sure, but noticed these shadows the other day and snapped a few photos.
 

 I'm still playing around with my new camera, becoming accustomed to it's size and settings.

 

I like the interesting shapes and the illusions created by the shadows!






Couldn't get a good shot of the whole top of this china cabinet. The shadows create the illusion that there are more objects and that the dried flower arrangements are so much fuller.
